These pages are slowly being filled with women who are willing to share their pregancy and birth stories with you in order to help you learn from their experiences. Some of the clips are retrospective in that the birth has already happened. Other women are currently pregnant and planning their birth. The clips take us through the process with the final clip in each series being a post birth interview in which we discover the outcome. The clips will cover the full spectrum of homebirth with a midwife, to elective C-section and everything in between.
We are growing week by week. Check back regularly for more. Suggestions welcome.

Pre-Birth Episode: Meet Yvonne - she is towards the end of her first pregnancy and planning for a home birth with a midwife.

Pre & Post Birth Episodes: Meet Danielle - she is 28 weeks pregnant and her husband is a professional hockey player and will be out of town just before and after her due date. Will Danielle get induced while her husband is home in order to guarantee that he makes it to the birth? Or will they choose to have a natural birth plan, waiting until the baby is ready to come, but taking the risk that her husband wont make it back in time?

Pre & Ppost Birth Episodes: During her first pregnancy, Michelle suffered from
nausea, vertigo and back pain for most of the pregnancy with no relief.
Find out what she is doing differently the second time around. How did labor and delivery go after labor preparation at Berlin Wellness Group?
Lorraine - Natural v. Epidural
Post-Birth Episode: Lorainne just had her third baby and discusses the difference in the experience between her natural (drugless) birth and the two epidural births that she experienced.

Pre and Post Episodes: Leanne's first baby was born several weeks early in a natural hospital birth. We catch up with Leanne near the end of her second pregnancy planning for another great hospital based natural childbirth.
Tracy - Natural with Unexpected Twists
Post-Birth Episode: Tracy describes why she wanted a natural birth, how she planned and prepared for it and what happened when she had her baby. Would she do 'natural' again in the future?
Jacquie - Gestational Diabetes

Sarah - Natural Birth in Hospital Setting
Pre-Birth Episode: Sarah has done lots of research and planning and taken measures to help ensure that she has an uncomplicated natural birth in the hospital setting, but she is open minded to intervention if it becomes necessary.
Rebecca - Natural Midwife Assisted Hospital Birth
Pre-Birth Episode: Rebecca is planning to have a natural childbirth at the hospital, assisted by midwives, rather than a medical doctor.
Sonya - Small Mom Naturally Births Large Baby
Post-Birth Interview: To Sonya, natural childbirth made perfect sense rather than being confined to a bed and pumped with drugs. However, as she got close to her due date her OB/GYN correctly predicted that the baby was going to be large (over 9 pounds). Research has proven that big babies do not necessarily get stuck or create more difficult labor. Rather than being induced, Sonya continued her chiropractic, massage and acupuncture to prepare for this BIG day. Click below to see how it turned out.
Lilia - The Importance of a Flexible Birth Plan

Post-Birth Interview: After the long medical journey that led to this pregnancy, Lilia wanted to have a drugless natural childbirth. Her actual birth experience demonstrates the need to have a flexible birth plan. Lilia also discusses what steps she took to prepare for natural labor and delivery, how she overcame back pain during pregnancy and what she would do differently in future pregnancies.

Pre-Birth Interview: Penny had a complicated C-section with her first child due to breech baby. She is now 40 years old and pregnant with her 2nd and would like very much to have a VBAC.
